Due to sanitary standards and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Delays & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Greedy is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, our team is happy to assist in filing a claim with USPS to help recover your package.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all order-related inquiries.
